Volunteers engage in activities at their own risk, and StormResQ™ (operated by Global Hope Collective dba Hurricane Help Florida) and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during or as a result of volunteer efforts.
Any donations made through the platform are used at the discretion of StormResQ™ to further our mission of providing disaster relief. Donations are non-refundable unless required by law.

If you submit any content (including but not limited to text, photos, or videos) to StormResQ™, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with our services. StormResQ exists to help, not replace, 911 and official emergency services. It is a community-driven coordination tool meant to provide an added layer of support during storm events and in the recovery period that follows.
⚠️ Important Legal Notice
StormResQ is not 911 and must never be used as a substitute for emergency services. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, always call 911 first. StormResQ is a supplemental tool only and cannot guarantee that help will arrive.
